All of your usage data — including session duration, progress, and streaks — is stored locally on your device and synced to your personal iCloud account. We do not operate servers that collect or store this information.

This means your focus data belongs to you, not us. We never see it.

No Health Data

Focus Ladder does not collect, store, or process any health-related or medical data. Session duration and progress tracking are productivity metrics, not health information.
